Ok, the subject line is a tad dramatic. But that's because this message is super important!

Just to be clear, though: we're not closing our business. Well, not really.

The last couple of years, we've been operating as two brands. Strafire: the company you may know for designing and hosting websites. And Heard: a content & podcast production agency.

Those two are now one. Introducing: Heard Media.

We're very excited about the new direction, but also want to make sure we answer questions you may have. Please see some common ones answered below, but also feel free to reply to this email directly with anything else we can help clarify.

Q: Will this affect my service?

A: No! The same team you've been trusting is simply changing its name.

Q: Does this affect my bill?

A: It won't affect the price of the bill, but the invoice will be coming from Heard Media instead of from Strafire.

Q: Is my website hosting changing?

A: Nope! Your website is securely nestled within our dedicated WP Engine server's protective arms. We wouldn't dare touch that.

Q: Can I still email Derek?

A: Yes. While he'll have a new address (Derek@trustheard.com), his old email will forward into his new inbox.

Q: I don't like the name Heard.

A: That's not a question.

Q: The Sixers suck.

A: Ok. We're done here.

So, the long and the short of it is: we're changing our name, BUT that won't affect you in any meaningful way. Just wanted to give you the heads up so you're not concerned when you see the change take place. 🙂
